Question 1

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Businesses whose work happens away from a desk: on site, on the road, on shift. If your people are out doing the job and the office needs to know what happened, that's us.

Question 2

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the problem, and we'll give you a timeline before you commit. We build in stages, so you'll be using working software well before the whole thing is finished.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We quote per project after the first conversation, so you know the figure before any work starts. If a stage changes, the price changes in the open, not on an invoice at the end.

Question 4

Who owns the software?

Accepted Answer

You do. The code and the data are yours, and you're free to take them elsewhere.

Question 5

Will it work where there's no signal?

Accepted Answer

If your people work somewhere without reliable signal, we design for it from the start: the app keeps working, saves the record on the phone and syncs when the signal is back.

Question 6

Can you connect it to the systems we already use?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. Accounts software, CRMs, spreadsheets and most tools with an export or an API. We'll check what's possible in the first conversation.

Question 7

What happens after it goes live?

Accepted Answer

We're there for the switch-on, we train your people, and we stay on for support. We'll agree what that looks like, and what it costs, before the build starts.

Question 8

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, at Ard Gaoithe Business Park on the Cashel Road. We work with businesses across Ireland.
